About Us

Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd is licensed under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (ACL No. 389328). We have authorised Alexandros Lazarou (Credit Representative No. 534130) of High Finance Australia Pty Ltd, Level 15, 1 O'Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ([email protected]) to act as our credit representative.

Your Best Interests

Our broker's priority is to you, their customer. We require our brokers to place your finance needs above those of anyone else. Our brokers are required to be transparent about products, your options, applicable fees, charges, and any conflicts of interest. They will communicate in simple, easy-to-understand language and act with the highest standards of integrity, ensuring the product selected meets your needs.

Credit Guide

This Credit Guide contains important information about us, the services we provide, and the activities of the credit representative operating under our credit licence. It includes information about fees and charges payable by you, commissions we may receive, commissions we may pay to third parties, and what you should do if you have a complaint or dispute.

Preliminary Assessment

Prior to providing credit assistance, we must assess whether the proposed loan is "unsuitable" — meaning you would be unable to repay it without substantial hardship, or the loan does not meet your requirements and objectives. We document our findings via a Preliminary Assessment. You may request a copy at any time within 7 years of the Credit Day at no charge.

Fees & Charges

We may charge a fee for providing credit assistance. Details will be set out in a Credit Quote provided prior to submitting your loan application. You may also have to pay other fees to the lender (e.g. application fees, valuation costs). Please review the loan contract documentation for full details.

How We Get Paid

Our aggregator receives commission from lenders and pays us commission in relation to settled loan contracts. Upfront commission is calculated as a percentage of the loan amount and is paid after settlement. Trail commission is calculated monthly on the outstanding loan balance and paid in arrears. These commissions are not payable by you. Details will be included in the Summary of Requirements and Credit Proposal document.

Our Lender Panel

We are authorised to assist you obtain loans from a panel of lenders. Our top lenders over the last 12 months include ANZ, Bankwest, Commonwealth Bank, ING, Macquarie Bank, and Westpac. A full list of accredited lenders is available on request.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us verbally or in writing so we can work towards a prompt and fair resolution. If unresolved, you may contact Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd ([email protected], 1300 656 637). You may also lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au or 1800 931 678.

Privacy Disclosure Statement

HIGH FINANCE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ABN 28 644 858 819 is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect information about you to source suitable credit products, assess your application, and manage the application process. Your information may be disclosed to credit providers, CRS bodies (Equifax, Experian, illion), insurers, and other necessary service providers. By signing this document you authorise High Finance Australia Pty Ltd and Connective to obtain a credit report on your behalf. You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Credit Guide and Privacy Disclosure Statement. Your agreement to the commercial credit provisions is effective for 12 months from the date of signing.
